We are situated on the footpath leading to Wolf Hall the ancestral home of Jane Seymour, the third queen consort of King Henry VIII. Great Bedwyn Church (3 miles) houses the  tomb of Sir John Seymour, Jane Seymour’s father. The old hunting ground of Savernake Forest, where some of England's ancient trees can be found, is within walking distance along the Kennet and Avon canal. Immerse  yourself in history, explore  local wonders or take up the challenge of the nearby Pewsey Vale Circular Way.
